I have been searching for a new vehicle online - so I could look at multiple makes/models etc. and review every safety record and test I could find. When I found the models I was most interested in I started the specific search...and found the Mazda of ClearLake site. Through the online system I was thankfully connected to Matt K. We communicated through email and by phone then I went and met him in person to look at several vehicles. He was willing to answer any questions I had, didn't mind taking me on quite a bit of a test drive, and was so friendly and helpful. I found him quite accomodating and not pushy! Yes, I am a woman who was trying to do all the searching and buying on my own. His manager Jorge was helpful as well and willing to let me take the car, if I wanted to, to meet with my husband who was unable to shop with me when I came to really check out the cars. This went on for several days and I kept sending Matt questions and he always sent me information, internet pricing deals, more files on other cars, etc. I felt he understands true customer service and is a caring and dedicated person who tries to understand needs and meet those needs as best as possible. The dealership gave me a very fair trade-in amount for my SUV and I decided on a great new little SUV thanks to Matt and his hard work. I would recommend anyone to visit with Matt for a new Mazda or even a pre-loved vehicle on their lot. Heck, and my purchase includes lifetime oil changes, so I cannot knock that! :)
