Easiest Vehicle Buying Experience

I called and talked to Elias Peniston who is a salesman. I knew what I wanted and it was in stock. I live 40 minutes from the dealership, I got there at 1100 and I was out the door in my new vehicle by 115. By far the fastest I have ever bought a new vehicle. Elias was great, even followed up with me the next day to check in. Will for sure recommend him to others.

Palatable experience

For me, purchasing vehicles is never a great deal of fun. This dealer made it about as much fun as possible. I was treated like royalty by the salesman, sales manager and finance manager. The deal was good.

Great Friendly Dealership

Overall I had a great experience with the sales staff and sale rep Rolando. They listened to what I was looking for and found what I wanted to check out. After looking over the vehicle and test driving it, I knew then that I wanted it. They were awesome and went above and beyond what I could have asked for the price on the vehicle and helping me with the loan and explaining everything to me. Overall great experience.

Horrible experience! They lied, they screwed me around and still after months refuse to make the situation right. I will never buy from them again, they offer no service after the sale. Buy a new truck from them and they will screw you. [contact info removed]

Excellent car buying experience!

Before buying I had visited 3 other Jeep Dealers; my wife and I liked the sales persons at all but one Jeep dealership. The difference was that Allen Samuels gave us the best price of all and our sales person, Randall Jablonowski, personally delivered our new Wrangler to our home (140 mile round trip) for no charge. I spent a lot of needless effort in arranging for my financing through my bank. I wanted to make sure I got the best rate; however, their Finance manager, Hossain Hessari, was able to beat my rate in 10 minutes. We were out the door with 1.59%. I have a dread going to a dealership, but this was not the case at Allen Samuels; it was an excellent experience and actually for the first time an enjoyable experience.

Good sales guy, terrible manager

Was very close to a deal here and the sales manager got involved. He was either ignorant or untrustworthy and spewed so many many inaccurate statements I decided to not negotiate further and walked on the deal. Was a previous Allen Samuels customer, but not anymore because of this experience.
