Hold you hostage for 5 hrs, won't return driver license & tradein car key. Poor customer service, poor make ready department, bad attitude from saleperson all the way to general sale manager. Don't go there...this is a warning

World Car had the worst attitude possible and refused to allow a test drive of an RX8 unless I put down a deposit to buy the car. I have never had such a bad experience in trying to buy a car and I've bought 15 over the years, including two other Mazdas.
