My experience with Ingram Park nissan was very frustrating, what should have been a in and out purchase turned into a bad experience. I initially found the vehicle I intended on purchasing on the Ingram Park nissan web site. I was planning on being in the area of the dealership on a Monday and wanted to pickup the vehicle on my way back home. I phoned the dealership and spoke to a jason miranda, made an offer and asked what paperwork I needed to bring. I arrived at the dealership as promised with the required information, after 5 hours of standing around their showroom, I left without the vehicle. I spent a week sending same information to several different people at the dealership, very unorganized and unprofessional, the right hand had absolutely no idea what the left hand was doing. Finally approximately a week later the vehicle was delivered to my home, it was dirty and the fuel tank was empty.
