As a total sales experience I would rate my purchase as very good. I had a knowledgeable sales Rep. the knew and understood the product line. In fact he was the Salesman of the year for the last 2 years so I believe that worked to my advantage in getting a satisfactory deal on my purchase. My biggest complaint is what I will refer to as the profit packer additional dealer option charge on every single vehicle on the lot. $1000 for what they call a exterior and interior protection package. This was a bunch of BUNK. It was the only Chrysler dealer in town to do this. However, the vehicle I wanted (color and options) was only available at this dealership. A slippery way to pack the margin in the sale and give the consumer no choice in his or her purchase.
