I can remember the day that i went to Trophy Nissan.. I was so happy and more happy after i found out that i got approved for my new 2007 Nissan Altima! Well i learned very quickly that it all went away very fast. Purchased my car in April of 07 and in May of 07 would begin the time i would have a fit because my brand new car isn't so brand new! Listed below are the problems and dates i've had with my brand new nissan! May 07 --- A/C compressor went out and had to be replaced May 07 ---- Roters on brakes had to be oiled and turned and whatever else May 07 ---Windshield wipers cleaned (not repaired) May 07 --- funny smell (as if my car was running hot) June 07 ---- Radiator hose replaced June 07 ---- Windshield wipers replaced April - Currently Remote to my car -- reprogrammed or replaced more than one occasion 6 to be exact and on last night it did it again.. would not allow me to open my car.. Each time i had to leave my car or stay for 5 hours plus.. The service is terrible.. after having the car serviced.. what suppose to be a carwash is a rinse.. the bird poop still there, the dirt still there.. Management in service don't return phone calls, scratches on my car after being serviced can't be explained.. I wish i had never purchased my car at Trophy.. I will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER NISSAN BECAUSE OF THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.. tried to ask for a New Car and i got the run around.. but I am also seeking legal assistance.. I think i have lemon.. and i can't sit on it..
