I bought my first GS at Alderson's in 2007 and had a very positive experience, so when I was ready for a new one I went back. After an initial e-mail drew a very prompt response, I went in and spoke with Jason B. Jason did a great job pointing out the new features in the 2013 GS. He listened to my thoughts and needs and, unlike some car salesmen, did not try to make an immediate sale. We were looking for an AWD, which are rare in this area. I e-mailed three other Lexus dealerships and none had the AWD GS in Satin Cashmere. Finally, I located the car I wanted in a nearby state. After dozens of e-mails, Jason ended up giving us the best deal, finalizing everything as he was at the airport about to leave for vacation. Alderson Sales Manager Tracy P. then went about finding our specific car. Thinking we would end up having to order it, Tracy located our car (at the same dealership in the nearby state, I presume). Within just a few days, it was here. Sharla S., the same financial services manager we worked with in 2007, again did a great job explaining all of our options, which included making the most of a Lexus $$ incentive. While Alderson's gave us the best deal, something Jason said in an e-mail tipped the scales to their side even more: “I know we have been back and forth a lot but I want you to know that regardless of the decision you make, I appreciate your efforts to do business with us and that our service department will continue to give you the service you deserve as a Lexus owner.” That, to me, spoke volumes! I whole-heartedly recommend Alderson's and Jason B. for your next car purchase!
