READ REVIEW OF STERLING MCCALL HONDA DEALERSHIP SALES
I dealt solely with the internet mgr at Sterling McCall Honda by email and then phone.
He answered my questions promptly and directly, and made the best offer out of 10.
(I had requested quotes from 10 Houston area dealers.) I called to make an appt (with intent to buy
if all went well), and the only day I could go in this week was the salesman's day off. However, he graciously offered to meet me on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Meanwhile, he would hold onto the van's keys so make sure it stayed put.
The day before my appt, I asked for an itemized list for the sales price, TTL, and any other fees for the van. It was provided to me within an hour.
When I arrived, the Odyssey was ready for me to inspect and test-drive. After that, we did the paperwork. The whole process was smooth, low-stress and no pressure, no surprises. (I made sure in advance that I had all important details in writing.) It took a little over 2 hours.
Everything on the statements matched up with my list. The salesman was friendly, professional, and courteous, pleasant to deal with. Kingwood is a bit of a drive from where I live, but it was worth the drive. Too bad it's so far away for me to use their service dept.
Other little details: There is a tiny playroom with blocks, which may be useful for those with small children. My spouse took our little ones to a nearby mall play area.
