Pros:

loan cars for when major vehicle work is being done

Cons:

poor work performed by service department

This place taught me a very painful lesson. Never leave a dealership withour checking fluid levels. I had 30K mile service done at Toyota of Irving and about 2 months later checked transmission fluid and found it had been way overfilled. I mean it probably is their lowest paid tech that does work...
