AN EXTEMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

[violative content deleted] This is the most awful service I've ever had from a car dealer. My wife and I showed up at the business at 8:57 pm. We were not aware the business closes at 9:00 pm. We had every intent on buying a car. We spoke with a car sales man by the name of Jason. He was very helpful and understanding. He informed us that the business closes at 9:00 pm: My wife and I were about to leave because we did not want to hold him from going home to his family. He responded, "It's ok, this is my job. I will help you to the best of my abilities." My wife and I thanked him. He took us into the building to get a quote for us after we looke at the car we wanted. To make a long story short, we sat at a table in the building trying to get quote. Jason left my wife and me because I called and spoke with an employee earlier that day. That employee name was Scott. Scott came out to greet us and he had the most dry personality out of all the car sales men I've ever delt with. He too went to the back to get a quote. He litteraly took him about 10 minutes to get a quote. He never came back and said that it will just take a little longer or at least kept my wife and my interest. We were bored waiting on for response so we began walking out the door. Before we exited the door, I looked back and made eye contact with Scott and his manager Jim. They never once came after my wife and me to get our business. I decided to go back in to get their names and business information so I can address and post this issue to the BBB, Google, and Yahoo. Scott and Jim swears they never seen my wife, my kids, and me walk out the door.(HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE A FAMILY OF FOUR WALK OUT THE DOOR WHEN YOUR OFFICE IS IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, RIGHT BY THE ENTRANCE/EXIT AND WE ARE THE ONLY ONES IN THE DEALERSHIP???) What they are not aware of is my wife held her phone up and recorded them watching us; we will use that for proof. (What LIARS). Twenty minutes after we left, Jim decided to give me a call and ask, "why did we walk out". (What an ignorant question) To make a short story shorter, I will never deal with them unless they call back and beg to recieve my service. I then will think about it. Believe me when I say this is not over. I will go above and beyond to make my point known to their manager's, manager.
