My salesperson Adil went out of his way to pick me up from my house and treated me with kindness and sensitivity. I needed that! I went to Central Houston Nissan and was treated extremely poorly. Adil is doing things right!

I don’t have a single negative comment. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, all smiles and even kept my 6 year old comfortable from sharing candy to making sure I made it back to the dealership to take MY “new” car home. Herbert Brown went above and beyond helping me get into the exact vehicle I wanted and quickly without a hassle.

I called and confirmed that they had the vehicle before I left Austin to Houston, they said they had It so I drove. 15 minutes before I get there the Sales person calls and confirmed yes they indeed Still have it. They lied they sold it the day before. Sale manager was I [non-permissible content removed],online sales Lady [non-permissible content removed] too. I wasted a Saturday do to there Shady sales practices and drone 385 miles round trip. The sales manager then tried to sell me something else( they did it to get me in the door) I give this place the worst rating of anyplace Ive ever received customer service! I wouldnt Give them the chance to screw you.......

If I could Id give them 0 stars. Make sure yall read all reviews before even stopping by to browse their dealership so yall can save some trouble and time. My previous car was totaled due to the floods in August, so my insurance paid it off. My husband and I went ahead to purchase a vehicle from them over the weekend of 09/15/17 to be exact. I did not mind a broken windshield that the vehicle we got had because they promised me theyd fix it and promised itd be ready that same day. Then, they called my husband at around 6pm that it was not ready, yet again they promised itd ready by the next day. And, again! IT WAS NOT READY! I honestly needed a car to get to work so my husband And I picked it up how it was so I could get to work the next day. They told me to take it the next day because for sure they were going to have it ready, they said they had and assured me they had the glass it just needed to be installed. Okay no, they lied AGAIN!! and not just that! They even lied about having the glass! They did not even have it!!!they changed the whole story on my husband when he went to drop it off !!At this point I do not even know what to do! I am very upset because this is day 5, 09/20/2017!! And my car is still not ready and on top of that all the LIES And their stories that they like to make up. Although they gave us a rental on day 5, that is not enough and did not make up for everything that they are making me go through. Also, their employees dont have respect for customers. When I was explaining the situation to one of them he was laughing in my face. BAD CUSTOMRR SERVICE! My main concern is that they lie non-stop. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Read all reviews they are mostly NEGATIVE so that says a lot. I Should've done that before coming to Robbins Nissan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. *UPDATE: 09/21/2017* I decided or was convinced by my husband to give them 1 more day and I agreed. Okay, today in the morning my husband called and told them to have it ready by 3pm if not that wed just pick it up because we cannot waste more time with them, when my husband was on the phone with them one of the salesmen confessed to my husband that hes just been telling us what his manager tells them to say that its really out of the sales team control. Okay, so now, I Know that it was THE MANAGER LYING AND MAKING UP STUFF ALL ALONG. WOW, what kind of manager is that? HORRIBLE! Never acquiring another vehicle from them and if I could and if I knew how terrible of a dealership this is, I wouldve never given them my business. *********STAY AWAY FROM ROBBINS NISSAN! ***************** And read all reviews, NEGATIVE. On the other hand, ROBBINS CHEVY is beyond better, very professional and even their building looks better and more professional, the employees there are very helpful and professional. We bought our previous car there and it was Amazing!! Never had a problem with them and they do not lie!!!

My experience was excellent! Michael Dials & Bob Welch were very friendly, and knowledgeable. The Finance Director, Paul Christian made sure everything went smooth from beginning to end. I'm very happy with my purchase & would recommend Robbins Nissan to friends and family.

I believe this had to be the fastest and best deal I have ever had when purchasing a car. I found the car that I wanted online and contacted Robbins Nissan. At the time there were not many of these cars available and this one happened to be a good distance from where I live. I had been to many dealers in my life and played the back and forth game but this deal was different. The dealer was willing to listen to me and the deal was actually worked out over the phone and through email. I drove from Dallas to Humble and was greeted by my salesman, Bob Welch, immediately as I was entering the building. The car was clean and waiting for me to test drive and was just as promised. After test driving the car the financing was setup and ready to go, I was shocked. I was use to waiting around for hours to finalize my deals but this entire process was right at 1 and a half hours, incredible time! Once the deal was finalized the GM, Chris Godwin, came down and personally thanked me for driving such a long distance to purchase a car from his dealership. Now that is customer service..... After I had finalized the deal and had driven back to Dallas I was contacted by my salesman several times asking if I was satisfied with my new car and if there was anything else that he, or anyone else, could have done to make my deal smoother or more enjoyable, and of course the answer was No, absolutely not. I was completely satisfied and amazed at the service and the financing options presented to me. After this car buying experience I am a loyal customer and I will return to buy my next car from Robbins Nissan. Thank you very much for the outstanding customer support!

I bought an Altima there earlier in the year. Great sales team and I love my new car. Alex and Chris did a wonderful job getting me a good deal. Also, took my car their for an oil change and service. Excellent work and they took care of me quickly.

Good overall experience

My wife and I shopped several dealerships but Robbins Nissan had the truck we wanted and we were able to negotiate a price that worked for us. The salesman Jose was exceptional in his sales approach with no pressure and no hassle. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and he continues to be very helpful. Paul Christian, who handled the financing was also very helpful and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable and at ease during the whole process. We love the Nissan Frontier we bought.

GOD SENT SALESMAN

My husband and I where thinking about our Dream Car 370z Convertible. We decided to just stop by Robbins Nissan just to look. We knew what color, make, we wanted. The first salesman to make contact with us had a big warm smile and greeted us with kindness! We told him want we wanted, Our Dream car was not on his lot. I told BO today or never. You see, I know my Husband. lol Well the Robbins team went to work and made it happen. Bo called us that he located the car and would have it at there lot with in 2 hours. I want you to know he personally went to pick it up and bring it back to their lot. The only thing was the back up mirror was not in the car that I wanted. Bo, assure me that he could order it and have it install at my convenience. The service department install it in one day! That's Service!! Even Bo, check it out to make sure it was operating correctly and was there with his big smile to return the car to me. I want you to know the Mangers and Finance Manger were all involved making our Dream come true. Nices people I have ever dealt with buying a New car. oh yes, BO walk us through step by step of the car. He knows his cars and how the operate. I have dealt with others Dealers that did not give us the time of day by the way we were dressed. Never judge a book by there cover is the old saying. LOVE ROBBINS NISSAN!

BUYER BEWARE

Called the dealership to find out if they had the vehicle I was interested in. They told me they did and I inquired about trade value for my vehicle. I was assured they were offering "top dollar" for trades. When we arrived I test drove vehicle. When it came down to business they offered me about 28% lower than trade in than KBB and NADA. Their adverised price on the internet was 24,495 for the new car. They offered the car to me for $26,550. I told them that was not their price they had advertised on the internet. They told me their was a mistake and that wasn't the same car. I told him the VIN matched the same one that I test drove. After two trips to the sales manager the salesman came back out with the sales manager. He gave the spill about NADA and KBB was used only a reference for the consumer. Gave me the spill about if I was ready to buy today, etc. I told him that I was going to buy at the end of the day when I had the best price. They wouldn't give me a price. I walked out. I traveled to another dealership 45 minutes from them and purchased a car within 1 hour well below the price that Robbins Nissan wanted. Will never go to another Robbins dealership again. Don't make the same mistake I did.
