Smooth experience! We shopped around many vehicles online and dealt with many different dealerships. Jeff Haas Mazda was by far an exceptional experience. We found the car we liked listed online. Priced really well. We sent inquiry about test drive. Received a call within 24 hours. Scheduled the test drive. Showed up. Test drove the car. Finalized the deal. Drove home with the car. All in about 3 hours timeframe. Just that simple. Salesman was personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It's a comfortable atmosphere while waiting . Complimentary Coffee, tea, bottled water and hot chocolate along with purchasable snacks available. We felt like family at this place. We would buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Charles was a great advocate for me and I finally can say I bought a car at Jeff Haas. In the coming months I will need another new car and there is no doubt where I am going to buy it from and who I will want as a salesperson! Charles of course. The experience my wife and I had during the process of purchasing the vehicle was excellent. Joseph Sanchez the sales guy who help us during the purchase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He make sure that we purchased the vehicle that was the perfect fit for us, he was helpful since the moment we step foot in the dealership and even after the purchase he contacted us to make sure we didn’t have any questions about the vehicle. We visited at least 5 other dealers and Jeff Mazda was by far the best dealership all around and the buying experience was smooth and pleasant. One more person that really impressed us with her service was Younghi Song, the delivery manager her attitude and the time she took to make sure my wife knew almost everything about her new suv was incredible. We can definitely say that if we ever purchased another Mazda vehicle it’s going to be from Jeff Mazda

Jeff Hass Mazda was a very far departure from my prior buying experience with Sterling Mccal Nissan in Stafford TX. Joseph Sanchez was absolutely great. He is customer service in human form. Thanks again for a stress free purchase. I already recommended him to my brother for his next purchase

Charles is the BEST!

The dealership itself is very nice and the build out is inviting and provides some amenities like clean bathrooms, seating, cell phone charging areas, coffee, and snacks for purchase. If I was reviewing Charles Silmon (my go to salesman), I would have given this review 5 stars. Charles has always been friendly, patient, and does everything he can do to make your Mazda experience a good one. The dealership (financing), however, went back and forth with their monthly payment offer which was ridiculous to start off and then got closer but did not reach what I thought would have been fair not only for what they offered my trade in but for what my payments should have been. I was about 2/3 of the miles below my allotted miles and to be honest had a few minor scratches and a crack in the windshield. They would make a lot of money on my car and had more wiggle room. I understand all businesses will take advantage of the current market. I just think they could have done better for a customer who has purchased 6 times from them.

Best car buying experience to date!!!

We were in the market for a CX-5 and with the short supply lately we didn't think we would find one we like available. Jeff Haas Mazda had one coming in that matched exactly what we were looking for! Juana reached out to me and worked with me over a month long period to track the vehicles arrival, worked to get our trade-in done, and kept a excellent line of communication throughout the entire process. We never felt rushed or pressured during the 3 visits we had. The day we came in to finally complete our purchase we were treated with such respect from all 4 individuals including sales, finance and making sure we had all the accessories we could need for our new car as well as how to work all the special features. They truly made us feel at ease through the entire process!! I even got an email a couple days later to check in on how we were enjoying our new vehicle as well as notifying our first service appointment was scheduled for us!!! Do yourself a favor and visit Jeff Haas Mazda if you are looking to buy a new or use vehicle!!

Still have not received my copy of paperwork.

Our salesman was great but our financial assistant gave us an empty flash drive of our paperwork He said he would send another one. Waited a week and called again. Asked us to wait until end of this week — we have and still no flash drive. We purchased the car on 9-28-22 and today is 10-14-22.
