Poor Service at DeMontrond

We took our new VW in for an oil change in June. The serviceman said it would take 1 hour and after two hours we inquired about the progress and the person at the desk said they were working on it. After three hours we got our car back. Then we took the car in for a scheduled service. We had an appointment and they said it would take two hours. We got our car back after 7 hours! When inquiring about the purpose of an appointment...our service representative said an appointment just means you should get your car back on the same day. We were informed that if you drop off your car, even with an appointment, people who are waiting are taken before you. Our experience has been consistently poor service at DeMontrond.
