I am a believer that success is achieved by meeting expectations. Exceeded expectations is a bonus. Having asked several dealers for an out the door price on a 2012 CRV, only Paul at Frank Kent actually responded with an out the door price in less than 8 hours! The other dealers were quoting vehicles with excessive add-ons, or were not willing to quote an out the door price. Frank Kent quoted the price; located the exact vehicle I wanted; did not hammer me with dealer add-ons (other than ones I desired); and did not push finance options or extended warranties. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing a Honda work with Paul for the sale and Vito for the financing. Definately not your sterotypical car sales force. I have already recommended them to several friends! You will definately want to contact them. I beieve they will certainly meet, if not beat, your expectations.
