Bought our "new" used Toyota here and we love it!

We drove from Richardson, TX north of Dallas to this location in Ft. Worth because they had the exact used Toyota that we wanted. The drive was well worth the effort! Joseph Perales, our salesman was very friendly, helpful and low pressure. When we could not conclude the financial arrangements that day, they delivered the car all the way over to us We love the car and our whole purchase experience was great! I'd recommend them!

Synthetic oil change and Tire Rotation

Appointment was schedule for 10am. Arrived on time. I'm completely satisfied with Service advisor Stephen Scott. Stephen informed it would take 60 minutes and not more then 90. I'm not happy with service technician. After waiting two hours I went and asked Scott how much longer. He went out to check and came back and told me oil was being installed and tires had to be rotated. It was another 30 miures before car was ready. My appointment was at 10. It shouldn't take 2 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires.

We drove two hours to visit AutoNation due to the best asking prices for the 2023 Dodge Challenger 6.4. They exactly what I wanted. The purchase experience was amazing. We arrived for our appointment late but we’re still met with Raphael ready to help. Several employees stayed late to help us get our purchase in one visit. Jeep Wrangler - TPMS Service

Brought a Wrangler in to have the tire pressure monitoring sensors looked at, due to a tire pressure light not going off. Turns out I was missing a sensor on one of the tires, they got it diagnosed and replaced same day, for a reasonable price.

Lazy manager/ never shop new cars there again

Visited to consider first ever Jeep purchase. Decided to buy Grand Cherokee. It was Saturday evening and credit work was done. Both of us had 800+ FiCO. Told to come back Monday to complete deal. We did but did financing w credit union as well as service contract. Both would have been done w Auto Nation if anyone cared. Should have rolled Saturday, Attempted to make contact w G/Mgr to discuss but no return contact ever came. Also would have bumped up to Limited model to get 0/72 interest but sales person had no interest in checking out the advertising interest program available at the time. It seems clear that management is not concerned over customer satisfaction. BTW… we love our Jeep.. would have enjoyed having some of upper lever features.

I dropped my Jeep off to have my dampeners replaced. Due to the UAW strike, they were unable to replace the dampeners because they could not get the parts. My service advisor went out sick for the next 2 days. Instead of another advisor helping him out and giving me a call to let me know I could pick up my Jeep since it would be a month before the parts would be in, I was without a vehicle for no reason. The only reason I am taking my Jeep back is because they have already ordered the part.

I had an excellent experience with AutoNation. It was simple NO pressure Great service & Terrific follow up. My wife and I came in to look at a vehicle we saw online. I made the appointment via email with Nayeli Mora. She was very pleasant to work with. My wife and I really liked her no pressure approach. After that we sat down with Tyler to go over warranty options and take took care of all the paperwork. He was very helpful and easy to work with. We’ve been enjoying the vehicle for a couple weeks now and everything seems to work fine we are more than pleased : ).
