The Sale of the car was fine. I felt it was fair and I got a reasonable deal. But after in the finance area, after I have had time to think about was not up front with the price of the extended warranty. He confused us with his presentation, and I'm still not sure I got what I wanted. When I did ask questions, he seemed to divert me from the question that I had. I am now stuck with a $200 deductible without knowing my alternatives. I felt fine at the time with the anticipation of the new auto, but after reflection, I am not happy with how that went.

Bad turned to good!

initial visit was not pleasant due to 2 sales people not taking care of the customer. BUT due to the sales Manager, everything was taken care of and every step possible to make me happy by finding what I wanted and by supplying the correct person including herself to make it a smooth transaction. Actually saved the sale and made it possible for me to get what I wanted afterall.
