Didn't like the surprise extra charges, namely the $799 service charge for them putting it through the service shop, $699 for tint and wheel locks that was already on the vehicle and the promised $2500 trade in discount that was never given.

Very bad experience with the end result they put a dent on my driver side rear fender, at the end they didn't take responsibility.. really not happy with their taking care of the customers vehicle if u do go there inspect ur vehicle when picking up it...

There are many good dealerships that are more concerned with getting future purchases from a customer than trying to screw them out of every dollar on this one purchase. This dealership IS NOT one of those dealerships. I could have passed up this purchase and kept looking and hoping to catch a dealer with the vehicle we wanted which was in very high demand with very little inventory but we were down to one vehicle and this one was exactly what my spouse wanted so we followed through with it and let them rip us off the 1200 in dealer add on gimmicks. An $85,000 vehicle with plenty of mark up and they tell us if u don’t want to pay the 1200 we will just sell it to the next sucker that will. In our search, we came across plenty of dealerships that didn’t play the BS dealer mark up scam unfortunately those dealerships didn’t have exactly the right vehicle. There is almost zero reason to do business with a dealership like this one.

In addition to the scheduled service, I had an alignment performed because of one of our famous Houston potholes. I was leaving on vacation the next morning. They were very accommodating and did that work as well in a very short amount of time.

Great service, bad sales management

The service I had received on my car was handled very well by David, service guy. However very recently I had just Left Ron craft Chevrolet and Cadillac dealership because a very bad service thanks to Abel and his Manager. I've been looking to buy a new sports car and when I went into the dealership to test drive a Camaro, I was turned down because of "bad weather". The weather isn't even bad. It's cloudy, no rain. I can't believe they turned me down even though I've bought my 14 impala from there two years ago. They judged me because I look like a "muscle head" wearing a tank top. I had seen them whisper to eachother, so i know it wasn't due to "bad weather" Abel and his manager really let me down, I will never take my business to Ron Craft Chevorlet again, and I will advise anyone else looking to buy a car to look elsewhere. Worst service ever. I have a huge down payment ready and an excellent credit score. I guess they didn't take me seriously when I told them I was looking to buy. Also - I had JUST left the dodge and ford dealership and test drove without an issue. If I'm going to buy a car, I want to know how it drives.

Told us to come in at 10:00 am we were guaranteed a vehicle by mr. Jumbo he pulled off the money from my card and told us that we would be leaving with a vehicle today we been up there for six and a half hours to leave with nothing they ran our credit several times running our credit within inquiring and now all we left with was more things on our credit score and no vehicle that's bad business need to be fired
