I work near First Honda and thought it would be a good idea to take my car in for an oil change. Get a call from Caleb who of course says you have many other issues that need to be addressed asap. I didn't buy my car from this dealership, but took it to them for all service work as I was told by friends this dealership had the best service department (mainly service manager) and they were right. This service department is the best, most reliable, and honest. I've taken my 2007 CR-V back now...
