I had a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 and now have a fairly new 2008 XJ8. My experince with maund Jaguar service dept. is extremly bad. They do not answer phone, never fix car right, never stick to the qouted price and never have the car ready when promised. Very unprofessional attitude. Although I like Jaguar...
