We bought our cars at Vandergriff, both brand new leases. besides the fact that we got ripped off and bent over backwards for these people, my problem is mostly for their Horrible Service department. See, after 3 years of leasing the high priced toyotas we had, we had to turn it in because we just want to stick to used cars, cheaper and smarter. So, couple of weeks later, we got fat bills in our mail from toyota financial saying we owed them money for all the tires for its thread was really really bad and it's a road hazard to even drive the cars we were driving! Well, we took these cars in like they were our kids, got them serviced every 5K or 6 month through Vandergriff, yet there was never a word from anyone who worked there that they were letting us drive a road hazard tires. Here's the fun part, when we each got the toyotas, it was on our contract that we have free tires for 100,000 miles. that they are suppose to cover $200 for each tire until 100,000 miles. As long as we've done the oil change and tire rotation with Vandergriff, which we did coz we have all the records, that we are set to get FREE tires. Of course they are not willing to work with me, it's not their fault blah blah blah. Please save your time and money and leave Vandergriff Toyota alone. Dont let this happen to you.
