The simplest and most efficient process obviously always makes my job easier as an engineer... fewer working parts makes for a better product and one that lasts with quality intact. Same with any business I would imagine. Moritz BMW was the most convenient experience online because I worked with one person, was contacted quickly with the information I desired, and treated with courtesy as I researched. Then they left me alone to consider and decide what was best for me! That is unusual... salesmen always know what I need! Blah Blah. I did really need a little advice/guidance on optional equipment but all in all, I have driven BMWs before and know what I want, just needed numbers and logistics to work for me. I leased a 328i for a payment that made sense and they actually met me reasonably between invoice price and MSRP. Not something any other dealer did for me. Everywhere else I was treated like crap after I asked what invoice was, but my point is that Brian Carpenter and his team of assistants did not get secretive or uncomfortable when I asked questions. They asked some of their own questions too, but I felt comfortable sharing my personal info and goals since they were so open as well... nothing subversive or demeaning! Wow, different. I flew into DFW International after doing my paperwork online (never done this before but went great) to pick up my BMW, met with the sales manager, and was on my way within a couple hours. I would almost say painless if I had not rolled my girlfriends hair up in the sunroof during the drive back home. Regardless, they made it easy for me and I think they are the creme of DFW BMW dealers. Highly recommended.
