Customer service in the finance department sucks!!

Excellent Purchase Experience

Honest, delivered more than what was promised, always courteous

Cons:

None

While I had a firm quote from another dealer at a lower price (1500 miles from home), Southwest Honda (my home-town dealer) came within $350 of that price over the phone.  When I went to the dealership to close the deal, they instantly honored their phone quote.
