Certainly buying a new car can be a very stressful experience, but our buying experience was not stressful at all and, in fact, was enjoyable. We initally went to the dealership just to look over the available models and test drive with the intent of looking at other cars and waiting to actually purchase. Three days later, we finalized our purchase. We were somewhat surprised ourselves at how easy the purchase was. Desmond assisted us in every way, making sure we drove all the models were were interested in and narrowing down our choices. His knowledge of the cars, his courtesy and general demeanor put us at ease immediately and made the process easy. We met for the final test drive and bought the car on an evening with very inclement weather. I know Desmond may have wanted to get home early that evening, but he continued to work with us as if it were bright and sunny outside and he had all the time in the world. A few days later, we met again to set up my Mbrace account and Desmond answered some of my questions regarding features of the car and about things I had reviewed in the manual. He, again, was very helpful and I feel very comfortable in contacting him in the future about any questions I have about the car.
