In May, 2007 my Son purchased a 1999 Chrysler Sebring from this dealership for me for Mother's Day. In all the excitement we obviously failed to receive the CarFax report on this vehicle. I spent over $4000 on this vehicle for repairs at this dealership since May, 2007. On September 24, 2009 I traded this vehicle and was presented the CarFax history.....The Salesman at Bob Frensley failed to provide this paperwork and I assume because the sales man told me to my face that this vehicle was a One Owner Local Trade. I am not ignorant but a Major Rental car - Owner #1 - from Orlando, Florida is not local to Nashville, Tennessee. The second owner had wrecked the vehicle and this information was not presented to me at the time of purchase. The second owner was, in fact, a local trade from the Nashville area. I was listening to a college football game broadcast on the radio last night and heard numerous commercials for Bob Frensley Chrysler Dodge Jeep stating that they were" home of the local, one owner trade". Please make sure you get the CarFax report prior to signing any paper work and don't make the same mistake I made. It was entirely too costly and, in my opinion, entirely unnecessary for a customer to have been treated in this manner. I don't wish this type of experience on anyone.
