Poor quality of work

I had been using Victory for a few years & had a comfort feeling with the service people. The last visit was after it became 640. They had no records of my previous work. I went ahead & had them do the work I had planned on, but my van didn't run as smooth as I thought it should. Come to find out I have 3 broke motor mounts and 2 on the tranny that are on the edge. The condition of these should have been obvious when they had it on the rack doing the tires, alignment and other work I had done. I was left with the feeling that money is job 1 and if the customer can be happy great, if not so what. Granted businesses have to make money but the best way is to ensure that is for the customer to be taken care of, not ripping them off, otherwise who is going to be bringing them money in the future. Will not be going back for sales or service. Go to Newton in Oak Ridge instead, they have an excellent reputation.
