I went to Serra at Jackson to purchase a new 2011 Chevrolet Silverado LT Z71. I had a price quoted and we did some negotiating. The Sales rep was great! After all was said and done we had the price set for the vehicle. After filling out several papers, running my credit, and going over the entire deal, the sales manager decides he wants to tack on another $1,000 for a chrome package which he somehow left off the price in the beginning. I tried to negotiate and reason with them but they had no time to listen to me. VERY POOR AT ACCEPTING CUSTOMER CRITISISM. They should really have all their bones in a pile before setting up the details of a deal. That is NO way to do business and I'll wouldn't go back! If I were the General Manager of Serra Chevrolet I would be ashamed of the disorganization of this place. They really need a Kaizen team to get things in order! Regardless, The Sales Manager has a very low sense of respect for customers. Maybe they should shut down and let Bartlett do their business for them.
