Pros:

Excellent communication throughout the purchase procedure. No deception in the process.

Cons:

The pre-delivery inspection sheet wasn't completed but was assured it was done. Seems to have been.

Deceitful, poor customer service, overpriced, trade-in undervalued

Pros:

Good Ears on all people involved in my deal.

Cons:

I thought Honda Corp. set the bar too high for the best finance rate.

Bought the car from a great salesman, finance heard what I said, and I finally got to enjoy a buying experience.  Kia dealers, especially Carnival Kia could take a lesson here!
