Have had my 2006 Monte Carlo in for service several times and all times this has turned out to be a pleasurable experience. The service department was always found to be clean and staffed with polite and knowledgeable personnel. Communications between the service department and customer are a plus both during and after the service. Shuttle service has been utilized many times and is always very prompt. In the past I have always been cautious of dealer service departments, but the last several visits to the James Corlew service department have changed my mind. This is the way I envision all American companies should treat their customers.
