A well run professional dealership will treat all customers well. It shouldn't matter that the car was purchased elsewhere. One of the big reasons the formerly Big3 are in deep doo doo is that dealers got complacent and the corporate "leadership" did nothing about customer service. It's the sign of a weak organization with poor management from top to bottom if people are treated rudely, consistently. I would contact corporate and complain about the repeated rudeness at that dealership. Take a look at some RV forums and post that it is available. I've had a couple of offers from BIG RV'ers on my Chevy Tracker convertible.
