MSRP = $29,742 Purchase Price = $27,650 (lease includes all the fees $28415) Money Factor = .0012 Term = 36 Miles = 10,000 Residual =58% Monthly lease payment = $386.83 (what's due at signing) Thanks for your help.

Also, your right, the 24-mo lease is terrible.
