Buying a car from a Subaru Car Dealer
I would like to see a detail list of the various options for Subaru's Extended Warranty with all the year, mileage and deductible variables. When I call Subaru's 800 number and ask for the details, they tell me to contact the dealer. I don't want to call the dealer and listen to the pitch. I just want the facts ma'am! Can someone help me or point me in the right direction? When I go to checkbook.org (carbargains.com) they list Roto Subaru Arlington Heights, IL as selling Subaru Warranties at $25 over invoice. I guess that I'd like to know retail and invoice prices on extended warranties. Anyone?.
I was just quoted (in writing) $23,995 for a new '06 Outback 2.5i Limited, leather/moonroof, manual transmission from this dealership (in the color I want). Talking to the general manager, he will also give me Kelley BB ($14,000) for my GMC Envoy I'm trading in. Also will give me 4.75% financing. The other dealership I'm working with (ROTO in Arlington Heights) says the deal is too good to be true and that Schaumburg is a bit of a charlatan. Any thoughts/comments? Thanks, Troy
