Purchased a new 2012 Dodge Journey in September. I was promised a DVD player. The Journey came in before the ordered DVD player, so after a couple of weeks waiting,they finally delivered the car. I have e-mailed the salesman asking when I would get the DVD player installed and it's been going on 6 months and I don't even receive the courtesy of a reply. My family currently has 7 vehicles that were purchased at Aberdeen Chrysler, you would think the salesman would try to please me a little.
