Bell And Bell Buick GMC

I bought my first 2020 Canyon this summer and about 4-6 weeks later, the transmission began to fail. I took it back to the dealer and demanded a replacement which the repair manager told me that was not possible but I was given a loaner vehicle. I then filed a complaint with my credit union, with GMC then called and spoke with the General Manager at the dealership. The GM worked alongside of my salesman and found me a "New", new vehicle. It was comparable, they transferred my after market step bars, sprayed the bed which I had done on the other vehicle and all was done within a few weeks. I went from being told no, I could not be helped in the beginning to giving praise to the GM and my salesman for turning a absolute nightmare into a very good expreience. I will definitely recommend Bell and Bell GMC and Buick to anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle.
