(07/19/11 03:22 AM PDT)- Our van has arrived, and the custom rework on the leather seats turned out great! Ton Jordan, sales manager, and Lawrence were there to greet me when I came to pick up the van. They wanted to make sure we were happy. We are thrilled, and I am very pleased with our choice of the Town & Country Limited & Stateline. BTW, my computer never showed this review as having been submitted, so there is another one coming along soon.

Original Review - I have no complaints regarding our sales expereince with Stateline. Our salesman, Lawrence Perry, was helpful & attentive without being pushy. The sales manager exceeded our price expectations. I came into this purchase very prepared and immediately set the bar on what I expected; in addition, Stateline knew we were looking at/still considering all top tier minivans (Toyota, Nissan, & Honda). We came back several times, test drove the Limited Town & Country several times, and visited other Chrysler dealerships in our area. No dealership of any make or model treated us any better. We did have a misunderstanding regarding the interior color (due to a recent discontinuation), and Stateline has worked hard to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We went into the deal knowing the Limited seats had suede accents (a definte no-can-do for me); however, I was only willing to live with that on black leather. Since black leather is no longer available on the Limited model (despite stating black on the window sticker of the car shipped from VA), we settled on the creme. I needed to have the suede removed, but since you can not use leather kits on lux bucket seats in the back (non stow & go), it became a custom job. $2200+ to redo the brand new, top of the line seats. Stateline agreed to pay for well more than 1/2 despite there technically being nothing wrong with the seats. They have tried to make us happy. After visiting Honda dealers, all arrogant from their crown jewel minivan, and owning Toyotas for many years, I have been pleasantly surprised by our choice & experience with Chrysler to date. I am looking forward to getting our new van any day now (loaded with more features than any other on the market). Our Stateline salesman keeps me posted frequently--even after getting their check. I hope the quality service at Stateline continues through many years of ownership. Highly recommend.
