Incredible Service, Highly Recommended

We were in Myrtle Beach on vacation and our Suburban started having problems right as we got into Myrtle Beach. The local Myrtle Beach dealership was backed up two weeks in the service dept which obviously wouldn't work since we were only on vacation for one week! Palmetto Chevrolet was the next closest and fit us in the same day I called. Then they went above and beyond by driving to pick up parts that they did not have in stock so that we could get our car back by the end of that same day. Not only that, but they noticed there was some small flaking on the chrome trim on one of the door handles, and they replaced it without me ever mentioning it. Thank you to everyone in the service dept at Palmetto, you are fantastic!

Myrtle Beach Chevrolet is ALWAYS "backed up" if you did no buy your vehicle there. They don;t like to deal with tourist's warranty cars....I had the same experience until I went for a paid service (which wasn't backed up..Then I told them about the warranty issue.
