Pros:: Sales Department Is good
Cons:: Service department is shade tree at best and poorly managed

The service department here is not very customer friendly. My truck needed the front brake rotors replaced. This was warranty work. The shop ordered the parts and once they came in, they called me. I dropped the truck off at 8:30 am and ask when it would be ready, and the answer was about 12:00 n...
