Willing to deal and eager to sell cars

Lack of knowledge about all the features on the cars

The sales person and the sales manager both were interested in selling a car.  They did not pressure me, but they did not ignore me the way the Lexus and Toyota's dealers did.  When they called, they had something new to offer for me to consider.     The trade in process was a little disconcertin...
