Lack of knowledge about all the features on the cars

Excellent Service

Pros:

Much more knowledegeable about the car than the sales people. Very helpful, very courteous

Cons:

Limited number of service technicians?

   I asked them to reprogram the limp home code and the door auto unlock features.  In doing so (at no charge), the car's computer crashed and appeared unrecoverable.  They immediately ordered a new computer and provided me with a rental car.    The next day my car was ready on time and everythin...
