Don't jump ship too early--it's very likely an extremely simple problem, and shouldn't take much for the dealer to fix it. Things happen, and sometimes tiny pieces go even when new. Sounds like a basic fuel sender error (had the same on our Suburban, which was an easy enough thing for the dealer). These are VERY high quality vehicles, and so far, seem to be proving nearly without issue--and they're NOTHING like old Saturn's, or even GM's, of the past.
