I brought my Toyota in for service first thing in the morning the staff showed up late and I was herded through the process as I told them what was wrong they were too bust ordering coffee. I was expecting to pay a large amount going to the dealer and I was aware that the posted service fee was 103 an hour, I need to get my car on the road and was willing to pay. I had called a week in advance to have the part I need ordered. I waited 5 hours before I called to see if they were able to start work. I was left on hold for ten min and told that my service rep was checking on things and would call me right back. I waited another hour and a half for the call, which never came. I called again and was put back on hold for ten more min. I asked the receptionist if things were busy, she told me that things were normal but they were working with a group that came in without appointments. At the end of the day I called again and was given my rep where I was told that nothing was done to my car and only on my request did they check and find the part order a week earlier. The cost for service was going to be 400 dollars to screw this part in. They found another part (which I found later for 30 dollars), they wanted to charge me 600 to put it in. I decided to just take my car out pay the 103 fee for having a car looked at and waited another 30 min in the lobby as I watched service employees do nothing but talk on their personal cell phones.
