I am extreemly happy with my new (new to me, it's a 2016)MKX. Chris did an amzing job! He was patient and not pushy at all! He showed me ALL the features of my new vehicle. Purchased a 2019 lightly used Ford Escape from Flood Ford. Bought based on internet data and Flood Ford delivered to our home on Block Island. We had bought a 2016 Escape from them and so knew the car. Great car and we are very happy.

Buying a car should be fun and exciting, but it's not always like that. I've always felt a lot of pressure to buy, even if I'm not ready. Dealing with George Shakel at Flood Ford, I never felt that way once. When I wanted a day to be sure this was the right car and at the right price for me and my wife, George said "No problem." without any pressure. It was then that we really felt great about Flood Ford. We went back the next day and bought our new Lincoln. In the end, the whole experience was fun and exciting.

I walked into the dealership with my grandson on a Saturday afternoon and was met by a very nice salesman, Jim Cipriano. I knew which car I wanted to buy, a 2016 C-Max Energi, and needed a price. He was so helpful and along with the sales manager gave me an estimate within 20 minutes and while they didn't have the car, or any of its year and models, on the lot, they could get one. I do not live in Narragansett, but a couple of days later, a young man arrived at my house to show me last year's model and all its features. I made arrangements with Jim to buy the car with the features I wanted and within 2 weeks I went back to purchase it. Everyone I met at Flood Ford was friendly and cordial to me and my 12 year old grandson. From start to finish, my experience at Flood Ford was first rate - much better than I have ever received from other dealers. I'm looking forward to enjoying my beautiful new hybrid electric car.

I called for a price on an MKC and at first they weren't real helpful but they connected me to Tim and he gave me a very good price. Over the course of a few phone calls he gave me a good trade in price and after visiting them I purchased a new MKC. The salesman Ryan took care of everything such as insurance and registration. Spent a bit of time showing me the features. Very satisfied with my treatment there.
