My husband and I showed up with our two toddlers to view the cars before our serious shopping began the next day. Mark, our sales associate, was very patient and honest. He stayed after closing and even let us put both of the carseats in a Tucson to test drive! We loved it, and talked a bit and agreed to meet him the next day without the kids to finalize everything. He held the car for us, and although the process took a while, we were very satisified when we left. We now have a great car and warranty, and they were able to get it into our price range, and give us a great deal on our trade in. The only problem we had was an error in the paperwork regarding our name, and we had to go back and correct it. However, it was very easy to fix. We look forward to doing future business with them.
