My husband and I had the WORST experience at this dealership ever! We went in to buy a used SUV as we are expecting our first child. We were helped by salesman Deke Mousseau who is actually married into the Flood family. He knew little to nothing about any of the models we were interested in and couldn't answer any of our questions. After deciding we like the Kia Sorrento, we asked if we could take it to our private mechanic to look at it, since it was an older vehicle. They agreed. When we came back with a few safety concerns, they refused to fix any of them! Saying that they can sell it as is. So there is some poor sole out there that is going to buy this vehicle and have to sink $2000 worth of repairs into it shortly after purchase because Flood's body shop does not do an adequate job assessing their vehicles, nor do they care if they sell a sub-par vehicle. This of course was after we went through all of the financing, etc. which took over 5 hours in two days.
