I have never leased before, but considering the current Porsche Cayenne lease offer: Estimated payments based upon an MSRP of $51,605 for a Model Year 2009 Cayenne V6 with the following options: Moonroof, Trailer Hitch without Hitch Ball, Wheel Caps with Colored Crest, Heated Front Seats and Steering Wheel, Driver Seat Memory, and Automatic Climate Control. Price excludes destination charge, title, taxes, registration, license fees, insurance, and maintenance. Lease payments of $559.83 for 36 months = $20,153.88 based on capitalized cost of $45,160 (requires dealer contribution which could affect price). Total due at lease signing: [$3,899.83] (first month�s payment, acquisition fee of $745, and capitalized cost reduction of $2,595). No security deposit required. This was my deal in June in Dallas, TX - BTW, The Cayman is a great car, but be prepared for every idiot kid in a Honda Civic / Mitsubishi Eclipse wanting to race you at stop lights - its actually kind of funny. I just sit there and watch them floor it - i'm WAY too old for that MSRP - 54, 760 Sale Price $48,500 Trade in $21, 500 Amount owed on Trade in $22300 Down Payment $2800 (including first month) Residual $35220 Monthly payment $663 (includes negative equity for trade in) Not sure what they money factor is.

There are a only one dealer(Just got open-new owner) One salesman told me " It's porsche, You have to pay 4,000 more than the MSRP" So I told him. I knew this kind of business.. ba..ba.ba.. Finally, He said " Ok, 4,000 off of MSRP" but, I got out. I felt a bad.. they are not pro salesman. ...

Perhaps our host can advise if Porsche has any such policy ? And fwif very clean '02 are going for high 20K to 30ish. I concur with the above opinion on take the great discount on a purchase. DL
