Actually canceled my Cayenne Lease Deal
by chris7469 on Wed May 21 07:35:04 PDT 2008
Sorry it took so long to respond. I shopped about 8 Porseche dealers in NJ, NY, PA and even DE. I ended up with the following deal up in Bergen County which I thought was super. It was a white with tan ( my wife had to have white ) Cayenne MSRP 57,800. It had the 18 inch turbo wheels, Nav, and the Bose sound system plus a few other options. Everything we wanted. Bottom line, it was a 36 month lease W/ 15,000 miles. Total down upfront was $2,446.00 Monthly payement with NJ tax was $830.13. For this particular truck with all the options it was the best deal I could find. I gave the dealer money and ordered the truck. The truck was being shipped. My wife came to her senses a few days later and realized the truck was just too small for our lifestyle. Child, dogs, to and from beach house etc... Last truck was an Escalade. The Porsche truck is very nice, but it did not come with very much (we wanted an entertainment center for the kids), the seats were uncomfortable and the cargo space was limited for our needs. We were basically paying up for the Porsche Badge. We had to find a bigger SUV. We ended up stealing an 08 Denali which we could not be happier with. I hope you got a good deal. Take care. CM Lastly... AVOID AT ALL COSTS PRINCETON PORSCHE. They were the rudest, cockiest car dealers we had ever met. They also had the worst deal.

Thanks PSU. I am still dealing with my local dealer which I have over the years purchased a new: '01 X5 4.4i, and an '05 MB C230 Kompressor for my wife. I am getting closer but they're playing hard ball right now. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again..and congrats on a great year! Jo-Pa rallied the troops and got it done. :D
Good Price on '05 CS...

x5tocs... Not sure where you live, but I found good deals in PA. Bought mine at Vision Porsche in Reading, PA and got approx. $12k off MSRP. They had another '05 when I bought mine just 2 weeks ago (similar price & options as mine), but I believe it has since sold. I almost bought a leftover '05 at Sun Motor in Harrisburg area, but it didn't have xenons (which I really wanted, and found out I couldn't retrofit). It was a comparable deal. I also had talked to Brandywine Porsche in Newtown Square (Phila.)...they didn't have any leftover '05's, but were offering great deals on '06's (approx. $8-$9k off MSRP). Could have gotten into '06 w/ Nav., xenons & other options which stickered for $65.5k for $57.5k. Brandywine has a great reputation. You can do better than $4k off a leftover '05...I'd keep looking. Great car...I'm thrilled with it 2 weeks in. Good luck.

too good to be true?
by amst on Tue Nov 29 17:10:23 PST 2005
I've been inquiring about leasing a Cayenne S with my local dealers. One of the dealers has acquired a bunch of these trucks from the Advanta Tennis tournament. They typically have about 300-600 miles on them. They aren't titled. I was quoted 10K off of a 65,500 MSRP Cayenne S. 48 Month lease payments with 12K/yr came out to $497/month (+ tax). Up front money is about $700. Is this too good to be true? Am I missing something?
