I took a day off work to take advantage of the $0 down Jeep deal. I chose a Jeep Wrangler, test drove it, and went inside to talk numbers. The numbers came back in very comfortable amount and I agreed to talk to my wife. I called and said we were going to take the car and asked what they would need from me. I was told to just come down, sign and drive off the lot. When I got there they greeted me, split my wife and I up, took seperate information, then left me sitting in the cubicle for an hour and a half. I was then told they would need proof of insurance, income, utilility bill, cell phone bill, and a copy of our licence. We didn't have any of these things on our person. We had to run home get all the info required then come back. Then we were told the price per month had gone up $110 dollars. It was still in my comfort zone but not what they wrote down on paper and we shook hands on. So then we still agreed to go through with it and we sat down in an office where they "guy" used foul language in front of my wife, to the bank rep and was just perverted. We signed papers and were walked outside and that was it. No info on the car or how it worked or what button did what. A week goes by and I receive a call from the foul mouth man saying that we needed to write him a check for $575, then $585, and then at the end of the phone call for $600. I was told that it should have been paid at time of delivery but he over looked it. How do I owe money on a $0 down sign and drive deal???!!! Supposedly it was to kill the cap of something. It was not explained to me just asked several times for a $600 check. We refused and told him we are not paying and can't affor d that money with rent, bills and our other car payment all falling next week. We called the next day to resolve this. We got in touch with the foul mouth man at 9:30am and it is now 5:30pm and we have not heard from him yet as to a resolution. I'm not happy with the service or treatment we recieved but I am happy with the car.
