WONDER HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS

onDon't want to knock Hyundai because they do build good vehicles. The service we received at Motorworld Hyundai was completely unacceptable. First, they were supposed to contact me prior to any repair, they failed. Second, they hung up on us, said they were having difficulties with their phone system, did not call us back, and wouldn't answer our calls until we used a cell phone of a friend, at which time their phone rang once and they immediately answered. Can you say caller ID? ? ? They told us they contacted Hyundai in regards to our situation, which in most cases would result in us receiving a call directly from Hyundai, didn't happen. We were lied to, hung up on, and treated like DIRT. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.
