As everyone knows, searching for a new car is somewhat stressful. I have owned many new cars in my life and have had varying experiences with dealerships ranging from good to horrible. So with that said, I was searching to replace my current SUV with a more practical car and was apprehensive about going through the dealership shell game. I sent an email inquiry to Billco motors, received a reply almost instantly, spoke to the salesman on the phone & arranged a test drive. The day of my appointment, I arrived to see the car already waiting for me! After introductions, we took it for the drive, returned to the dealership, and it was an incredibly no pressure conversation. I told the salesman I wanted to trade, and this was when I expected the games to begin, but I was surprised when things continued on this pleasant, no pressure course. After about thirty minutes, I was signing papers on my new Mazda and the deal was excellent. It was refreshing to feel like a customer, not another monthly number. I cannot emphasize how the kind & positive attitudes of everyone I dealt with truly made this the best new car experience I have had to date! I drove 40 miles out of my way because of local dealers & can recommend Billco Motors as a dealership in a league of their own.
