I had to deal way to much to get any decent amount for my trade in. I spent between three and four hours there which is way to long. The finance guy lost the copy of my drivers license, also had paper work all over his office, very sloppy.

The salesman here are friendly and willing to find you the car or truck of your dreams even if it isn't currently on their lot. However, most of the time it is.
