Their service department is extremely fair, knowledgeable and willing to bend over backwards to solve problems. They are the best in th business as far as I am concerned. I have always used Joel Confer service for State Inspections, even long before I ever owned a car purchased from them. The reason was they were the least expensive of any Inspection station in the area. After 7 years experience and multiple vehicles of my own and of family, I have never had an issue with them using State Inspection as a means of drumming up business erroneously. I cannot say the same thing for others in town. When work needs to be done, they do charge for it, but I can always rest assured that they will stand behind their work, and they have the most knowledgeable mechanics for BMWs in more than a 100 mile radius.
